With a 6.5 percent growth forecast, hotel/lodging is now one of the fastest-growing segments in the U.S. However, the complexity of the segment–which includes restaurants, but also banquets, catering and room service, bars and lounges, complimentary breakfast programs, and minibars–makes it more challenging for suppliers to effectively target these customers.
Our study, which will be a collaborative project with Hotel F&B Magazine (HFB), will provide the basis for strategic and tactical planning purposes for any supplier wishing to leverage this opportunity.
