Independent concepts were much more prevalent within the Top 50 universities, with a total of 792 units or 82.8%. The LSR Cafeteria segment dominated the independent concepts, totaling 256 units within the Top 50 universities. The LSR Beverage segment and LSR Sandwich segment were the second (with 128 units) and third largest (with 77 units), respectively.
