Chicago, April 18, 2006, Business Wire – Creative Consumer Concepts (C3), the largest kids-focused brand marketing agency in the restaurant industry, and Technomic, Inc., the undisputed leader in fact-based analysis of the foodservice industry, are excited to announce a joint research endeavor that will benefit restaurant brands.
The firms are initially launching two programs that are consumer-research driven: ROOT for Kids and the Family Marketing Insights Group.
Bob Heckert, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer said that these new programs will provide significant insights for C3’s clients and further enhance the products and services they deliver. “This is real research that will drive real results. Our new partnership will provide unbiased, consumer-relevant information to our clients that will be invaluable in advancing their kid’s and family business,” stated Heckert.
The ROOT for Kids program will help restaurant operators better understand their own customer needs and their performance for occasions when kids are present. This information will be available exclusively to C3 customers.
The second program for operators, the Family Marketing Insights Group, will explore issues related to families’ needs when they are purchasing food for group occasions. Technomic and C3 will jointly develop this content, which may include featured topics such as:
- Parents, kids and healthy eating
- How to meet the varying needs of children of different ages and genders
- Maximizing customer satisfaction of parents and children
- Finding the right formula for family meals for takeout
- Family dining dynamics when parents eat out with adult children
