Two Ways to CONNECT

There are two primary ways for manufacturers to engage with DSRs through the CONNECT program:

Proprietary Research Studies – Technomic has modeled this research program after its successful iLAB program which surveys operators on behalf of sponsors. CONNECT can be used for a wide variety of customized studies such as sales meeting training and effectiveness, promotions and incentives, merchandising and sales support materials–really, any topic that is of interest to sponsors.

Sponsors participate in two research studies that can incorporate both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Project deliverables are a full report with implications and actionable recommendations, and tabulated data.

Leading Foodservice Manufacturer Benchmark Study – Our first benchmark study rates the relative importance of 17 key performance indicators and assesses the performance of 10 leading foodservice manufacturers on these factors. The companies evaluated include leading CPG brands with a foodservice presence. Project deliverables include a report with manufacturer score-carding and data tabulations.
