Technomic’s latest conference offered insight into how global shifts are affecting the Canadian market and how suppliers can stay ahead of the curve
CHICAGO, June 21, 2018: Technomic’s Canadian Foodservice Planning Program’s recent meeting in Toronto covered global trends impacting the Canadian market and how manufacturers can support the efforts of operators considering new entry.
In addition to Technomic industry experts, the June meeting featured guest speaker Ron Cecillon, president and CEO of Nando’s Canada. Cecillon shared the struggles and successes of Nando’s entry in to Canada and maintaining the company’s core concept along the way.
